Netwrix Acquires USERCUBE to Offer Customers Enhanced Data Security through Advanced Identity Governance August 22, 2022 - Netwrix, a cybersecurity vendor that makes data security easy, today announced the acquisition of USERCUBE, a software manufacturer that enables customers to quickly and accurately provision and deprovision users to enhance the security of identities and the sensitive data that they enable access to. This acquisition expands Netwrix's offering in identity and access management (IAM) and furthers the company's commitment to solving cybersecurity challenges with less effort by automating routine and error-prone tasks. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Netwrix customers will benefit from implementing a fully SaaS solution to streamline control over access to sensitive data and ensure digital trust within their IT environment. Governing everyone's access mitigates the chance of both accidental and malicious overexposure of sensitive data; if improper access does occur, it will be spotted by other Netwrix products and brought to the security team's attention.
